This is not coaching.
This is not business strategy.
This is for you if:
You already have a business, creative practice, or meaningful work.
You want clarity that feels calm, grounded, and true.
You’re working on something important and want a fresh, honest perspective.
You don’t want motivation — you want direction.
You want someone to think with you, not like you.
You want clarity that helps you make decisions quickly and confidently.
You’re ready for your next step.
This is not for you if:
You want someone who thinks the way you do.
You want generic coaching.
You are looking for hype or motivation.
You don’t want to make decisions.
You want to keep circling instead of moving.
Why It Works
Clarity is a practice.
Confidence grows through practice.
Decisiveness grows through practice.
A woman becomes the creator of her life through the decisions she chooses to make.
This session helps you practice be the woman who:
Builds trust in herself through small, honest decisions
Uses cleaner language around what she’s creating
Respects her work and recognises the ripple effects it has
Sometimes one thoughtful conversation and one clear step forward is all you need.
It starts here.
Who am I
ABOUT Melinda.
My Story
I’m Melinda—photographer, mentor, creator, and writer. A woman who has lived many seasons and held many roles, and who now brings all of that into the work I do with women.
I’ve written a book about the rawness and beauty of motherhood: Remember: Words for the Beautiful Mess That Is Motherhood. I created Vital, a portrait book honouring women over 40 and the depth in their stories, and lives. I hosted Conversations From the Gap, a podcast exploring what it means to be a woman standing between who she’s been and who she is becoming.
I’ve worked in roles, where I learned the truth of human emotion grief, urgency, courage, overwhelm, and the quiet moments that change everything. Those years taught me to stay steady, to listen beneath the noise, and to meet people exactly where they are.
Every part of my life has shaped this work.
My Experience
My professional history doesn’t fit neatly into titles, it lives in outcomes.
I’ve built new roles from the ground up and created the systems, manuals, and frameworks that helped entire teams function with more clarity and confidence.
I’ve written strategies, plans, and procedures that bring order to complexity, documents that mattered in real moments, under real pressure.
I work in a professional position, where decisions have weight, communication must be clean, and calm thinking isn’t a luxury; it’s a responsibility. I see the whole picture, hold risk and impact in mind, and stay grounded when things move fast.
Alongside this, I’ve photographed hundreds of women. Mothers, creatives, business owners, women trying to remember who they are. Photography taught me to truly see, be in the moment to notice what is real, what is shifting, and what is waiting beneath the surface.
I’ve mentored women through business pivots, creative projects, and the messy spaces where clarity feels far away.
Everything I create, every session, review, or portrait comes from lived experience, not theory.
Why I Do This Work
Because I know what it feels like to stand between chapters.
To sense a new direction but not know the first step.
To hold ideas that feel heavy, tangled, or urgent.
Women carry responsibility, intuition, creativity, ambition, and wisdom yet rarely a space to hold it all.
I do this work so women have a place to settle their thinking, shape their vision, and step forward as the woman who chooses, decides, and moves.
This is my life’s work because it has been my own journey.
How I Work
I guide our session with curiosity and focus on the big picture of what you’re creating.
I listen carefully to everything you bring your ideas, challenges, and reflections, so nothing is lost.
I ask the questions that help you clarify what’s true and important for you.
I help you organise your thinking into practical steps and meaningful insights.
I stay calm, grounded, and present,
I am honest and direct, always with kindness.
Our session is focused, practical, and collaborative:
We explore your goals, gaps, and opportunities.
We uncover clarity in your ideas and direction.
We create the material that will form your Foundation Papers, ensuring they are functional, relevant, and directly useful for what you are building.
No fluff. No noise. Everything we cover is designed to leave you with a clear, grounded guide you can work with.
What We Do Together
1. We empty everything out
Your ideas, offers, creative concepts, questions, hesitations, and half-formed plans so you can see the full picture instead of carrying it in your head.
2. We identify what truly matters
We sort through the noise to find the priority:
the project that’s ready, the offer that makes sense, the idea with energy, or the decision that is asking to be made now.
3. We shape what is emerging
We give structure, thought, language, and direction to the idea, project, offer, or path that feels most aligned so you know what you’re actually building next.
4. We make the real decisions
The decisions you’ve been circling:
Which idea to pursue.
What to pause.
What to simplify.
What to release.
What step is truly yours — not what you “should” do.
5. We define the next step
A simple, clear action related to your business, your project, or your creative work the one move that will create momentum and give you immediate relief.
6. You receive your foundation papers
Your Foundation Papers in a digital version you can study anytime.
A beautifully bound copy sent to your home — a tangible guide and keepsake.
Your words, goals, and reflections captured in full.
A clear, grounded guide for actions, reminders, and what to focus on.
